LEVITTOWN, Pa. (AP) - Police in the Philadelphia suburbs say a homeless man sold two rifles he says he found in the woods to a 9-year-old boy for $8.
The Bucks County Courier Times reported Thursday (https://bit.ly/1L96una) that 59-year-old Reginald Sisco was charged with receiving stolen property and a firearms offense.
Authorities say Sisco admitted selling the guns to the boy outside a convenience store, saying “it was stupid” and that he needed the money.
The boy’s grandfather alerted police, who linked one of the rifles to a burglary.
Court records didn’t list an attorney for Sisco.
