BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - Officials have identified the woman who was found dead Wednesday in a vehicle parked at a Love’s truck stop in Mississippi.

Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove identified her as 44-year-old Michelle Cancienne, of Murphy, North Carolina.

Hargrove tells The Sun Herald (https://bit.ly/1J41oES) foul play is not suspected at this time, and her cause of death awaits toxicology results.

Hargrove said Cancienne was reported missing Aug. 6 by family members in East Baton Rouge Parish.

She had left Louisiana July 30 headed home to North Carolina, but never showed up.

Biloxi Police Chief John Miller said someone walking around the vehicle at the truck stop just north of Interstate 10 noticed the body and notified authorities.

Miller says the body may have been there for a day or two.
