PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - Officials in Portland are identifying a man whose body was discovered by a city worker in the water near Ocean Gateway Terminal.

The city is identifying the man on Friday as a 43-year-old John Fonville of Portland. The state medical examiner’s office is still investigating to determine the cause of death, but the death is not suspicious.

A spokesman for the city says the worker found the body at 12:50 p.m. on Monday.
