WATERTOWN, S.D. (AP) - An early morning fire destroyed a sale barn at South Dakota Livestock Sales in Watertown.
The blaze started about 1:30 a.m. Monday. Assistant Fire Chief Don Rowland says the cause wasn’t immediately determined.
No people were injured, and no animals were in the barn when it burned. State Highway 20 was shut down for a few hours while firefighters battled the blaze.
