HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (AP) - A western Ohio man has been found guilty of all counts in connection with a 2013 break-in that ended with a 12-year-old girl being shot in the face.

The Dayton Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1Dur41A ) 22-year-old Bradly Harmon was convicted Thursday of aggravated burglary, felonious assault, tampering with evidence, grand theft and robbery.

Prosecutors say Harmon broke into a Huber Heights home in Sept. 2013, went into a bedroom where his victim was sleeping and shot her in the face. She lived in the home with her father and grandparents.

Dr. Jeffrey Christian testified the bullet fractured the jaw of the girl, who was treated at Dayton Children’s Hospital and survived.

Harmon was picked up by police after matching the description of the assailant.

Sentencing is expected to be Aug. 20.
