CANTON, Maine (AP) - Police have resumed a search for any clues in the disappearance of a Jay girl nearly 30 years ago.

Police on Saturday were searching the Canton property of Brian Enman, who authorities say was the last person to see 17-year-old Kimberly Moreau alive.

Police say she disappeared on May 10, 1986, after canceling plans to go the junior prom with her boyfriend and instead going out with a female friend and meeting up with Enman and another 25-year-old acquaintance. She was last seen getting into a car with at least one of the men that night.

The Portland Press Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1MYEuF5 ) that Maine State Police have not said what led them to search Enman’s property. They have not named Enman as a suspect in her disappearance.
