YORKTOWN, Va. (AP) - Health officials say a raccoon found in Yorktown has tested positive for rabies.

Media outlets report that the Peninsula Health District notified residents on Friday that the raccoon had rabies.

Anyone who may have been exposed to the raccoon is asked to contact the Health Department at the Peninsula Health District.
