GOLD BEACH, Ore. (AP) - The former chief financial officer of the Curry Health Network has been arrested on accusations he vandalized the home of the chief executive officer.

The World newspaper reports (https://is.gd/QxxWem) that 49-year-old Kenneth Landau was arraigned Monday on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He was given a conditional release and ordered to return to court Jan. 5.

CEO Virginia Razo reported the vandalism at her Gold Beach home last week. The Curry County Sheriff’s Office says graffiti done with spray paint caused $3,000 damage.

The sheriff says Razo had surveillance video installed because of previous damage, and it showed a suspect in the act. He said a dispatcher recognized the vandal.

The Curry Health Network oversees Curry General Hospital and several clinics in the southwest Oregon county.
