BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - Police say two men suspected in an armed robbery in Biloxi have been arrested in Alabama.

Police Lt. Christopher De Back tells The Sun Herald (https://bit.ly/1U6Pn8N) that 25-year-old Justin Withers and 21-year-old Jermaine Withers are being held in Alabama pending an extradition hearing. The two men were arrested by Alabama state troopers Wednesday following the incident.

De Back says the armed holdup was reported early Wednesday. The victim told police the suspect fled in a vehicle.

Police sent out an alert and an Alabama state trooper saw the car travelling on Interstate 10 into Alabama. The trooper followed the car to a home in Mobile County, where the two men were taken into custody. Each man faces a charge of armed robbery.

It isn’t clear if they have attorneys.
