Is RG4 on the way? Griffin tweets pic of him kissing belly

ASHBURN, Va. (AP) - Is RG4 on the way?

Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III took to Twitter to let the world know he and his wife are expecting a child.

On Thursday, Griffin’s 25th birthday, he posted a photo of himself kissing his wife’s pregnant belly and this message: “BIG Thank You for making this Birthday a Special Day!!! This year’s gift will change Our life forever!!! #BoyOrGirl.”

The 2011 Heisman Trophy winner at Baylor, who is known as RG3, married longtime fiancee Rebecca Liddicoat in 2013.

Griffin was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2012 draft and won the AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award that season.
