LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Candidates for Kentucky agriculture commissioner are expected at a forum Friday during the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville.

The Kentucky State Fair Board says the three commissioner candidates have been invited to participate. They include Democrat Jean-Marie Lawson Spann and Republicans Richard Heath and Ryan Quarles.

Kentucky’s primary election is May 19.



The forum will be at 2 p.m. EST at the Kentucky Exposition Center, South Wing Conference Center Room C203, and will be live-streamed on the Internet at https://www.agribusinesslouisville.com .

The Kentucky Ag Council, Jefferson County Farm Bureau and Ag Club of Louisville are sponsoring the forum, hosted by the Agribusiness Industry Network.
