Anaya says a car driven by Shearrin hit the snow plow from behind as it was attempting to plow snow on the shoulder of Interstate 264 in Chesapeake. Shearrin died at the scene. The snow plow’s operator wasn’t injured.
The accident occurred Tuesday night.
