TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - The man has been arrested in connection with last month’s fatal shooting of his older brother, who was a Tucson rap artist.

Tucson police say 22-year-old Elijah Mays was arrested late Thursday.

He’s being held in the Pima County Jail on $150,000 bond on suspicion of one count of second-degree murder.

It was unclear Friday if he has a lawyer yet.

Police issued a warrant for Mays’ arrest after they say he allegedly shot 24-year-old Jeremy High at a Tucson apartment on Jan. 15.

Police received information about Mays’ possible location at a vacant home and officers found a vehicle backed into the carport.

They say Mays was detained without incident after a foot pursuit.
