Today marked the 13-year anniversary of the opening of Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility in Cuba. Close to 800 men have been held at Gitmo throughout the 13 years since it opened.

In 2014 30 prisoners were released, and just under 130 men remain in the detention center.

President Obama has pledged to close the facility.
