Spokane to tow cars of drivers who pick up prostitutes

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The Spokane City Council passed an ordinance Monday night to fight prostitution.

The ordinance gives police authority to impound and tow away the cars of people who pick up prostitutes.
