BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A former lunch server at a Miles City elementary school who is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old runaway has denied felony charges.
The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1x3nD8I ) 37-year-old Jennifer Gillock pleaded not guilty Friday to two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
Investigators say she harbored the teen at her home and acknowledged having sex him. According to charging documents, the boy was later found to have several sexually transmitted diseases.
Police started investigating after a juvenile probation officer looking for the missing teen learned Nov. 7 that he may have been staying with Gillock at her home.
Miles City schools Superintendent Keith Campbell said Wednesday the school board voted to fire Gillock in December. She was a lunch server at Garfield Elementary School.
