TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A 50-year-old Sapulpa man has been sentenced to more than 17 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of possessing and distributing child pornography.
Federal prosecutors in Tulsa announced the sentence Wednesday for Kevin Leroy Smith, who had been charged with eight counts of distribution and attempted distribution of child porn and one count of possessing child porn.
A jury found Smith guilty of all counts on Sept. 16.
An FBI undercover online operation allegedly discovered 290 images and 143 videos of child pornography on Smith’s computer.
