YEADON, Pa. (AP) - A 76-year-old woman has died in a suburban Philadelphia house fire.

Firefighters say three people escaped the blaze early that killed Marilyn Cramer early Wednesday in Yeadon.

Cramer was near the front porch. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Firefighters say the fire appeared to start in the nearby living room.

Smoke and flames poured from the home as firefighters arrived around 3 a.m.

They had the fire under control within a half hour.

The cause is under investigation.
