PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) - Police say a New Hampshire man is accused of stalking and criminal threatening by attaching a GPS device to a woman’s car.

Police in Portsmouth arrested 60-year-old Gary Johnson of Newington on Monday.

Police said they were able to connect the device to Johnson and found further evidence after conducting a search warrant at his home.

Johnson is scheduled to appear in court on March. 2. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.
