BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff’s detectives are searching for the man who robbed the Regions Bank on O’Neal Lane.
Casey Rayborn Hicks, a spokeswoman for the Sheriff’s Office, tells The Advocate (https://bit.ly/1BviA6z ) a man entered the bank around 3:40 p.m. Wednesday and passed the teller a note, demanding money.
Hicks says the teller handed him an undisclosed amount of money, and he drove away in a red Ford pickup.
Investigators described the suspect as a white man between his mid-40s and mid-50s, with brown hair and a mustache, dressed in a denim blue shirt.
No one was hurt during the robbery.
