WELLSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - Supreme Court Justice Brent D. Benjamin will be on hand when the latest graduates of the Northern Panhandle drug and mental health successfully complete the program.
While only three will graduate Thursday from the drug court, 160 people have successfully completed the program in its 10-year existence.
One mental health graduate will also be honored. That aspect of the court has graduated 213 since 2003.
The ceremony will take place at the Brooke County Courthouse in Wellsburg.
