HOPEWELL, Va. (AP) - Honeywell says over-pressurization caused a tank to rupture at its factory in Hopewell.

Honeywell tells media outlets that the tank wasn’t in service. Workers were cleaning the tank for inspection when its top ruptured on Wednesday.

No injuries were reported.

As a precaution, workers were told to shelter in place. The shelter in place has been lifted.
