BEDFORD, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire Congressman Frank Guinta is addressing members of The New England Council, the country’s oldest regional business organization.
Guinta, a Republican, was recently sworn in to represent the state’s First District, a seat he previously held from 2011-2013.
He’s addressing the council Thursday morning at The Bedford Village Inn.
