FAIRFIELD, Ala. (AP) - A janitor for the Fairfield Police Department is accused of illegally selling guns seized by authorities.

Federal agents said they arrested Roy Ellis Hunter on Thursday and searched his home as part of a gun trafficking investigation.

Al.com (https://bit.ly/1HRDQIS ) reports that Hunter worked at the police department for about a decade. He had been on medical leave for several months.



It was not immediately clear whether Hunter had an attorney.
