ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) - City officials in southwestern Wyoming are repairing damage and filling sinkholes following Tuesday night’s storm.

The Rock Springs Rocket-Miner reports (https://bit.ly/1HkoMjO) more than 100 reports of flood damage came into the Rock Springs in three days, and Senior Administrative Assistant Cathy Greene says officials have been prioritizing the most important needs.

The storm opened up two sinkholes in the city. Street Maintenance Superintendent Jon Lesko said a storm drain leak caused one road to cave in, and that the hole will be filled with concrete by Friday.

Businesses were asked to keep sand bags in place through Friday.
