PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say one man was killed and another man was injured in a shooting outside a west Philadelphia recreation center that was packed with children and their parents.

Authorities said two masked gunman in a sport utility vehicle fired at a 42-year-old man just outside the pool area of the Overbrook recreation center just before 7 p.m. Friday.

Police said he was hit by 13 bullets and was pronounced dead shortly afterward. A 38-year-old man was hit by a stray bullet.



Authorities said an SUV believed to have been used was found shortly afterward and at least one weapon recovered.
