FULTON, N.Y. (AP) - Three pedestrians have been run down by a car in an upstate New York city, and police are saying the accident might have been intentional.

Investigators say the driver left the scene after hitting the people outside a bar in Fulton around 2 a.m. Police say the victims are a man in his 20s, and a man and woman in their 40s.

The victims were taken to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, and Fulton Deputy Police Chief Thomas Abelgore says their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, though he’s not aware of their extent. Their identities have not been released, pending notification of family.

Abelgore says his department is looking at the accident more as a crime than a motor vehicle accident.

No arrests have been made.
