BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Bismarck man charged with sexually assaulting two teenage girls has pleaded not guilty to five felony counts.
Thirty-six-year-old Fabian Harrison is accused of assaulting 14- and 15-year-old girls. He could face life in prison without parole if convicted of the most serious charges against him.
The Bismarck Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1H7lVIy ) that Judge Sonna Anderson set a three-day trial in each case. The first trial is to begin Oct. 7 and the second trial on Oct. 13.
