NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - An Arkansas man has been charged with two counts of capital murder after police say he shot his pregnant ex-girlfriend.

Thirty-six year old Quenton King was arraigned Thursday morning by video in district court. He is being held at the Pulaski County jail without bond. He was arrested Wednesday in the shooting death of 36-year-old Megan price and her unborn child last month in North Little Rock.

King’s attorney Ron Davis has said his client is cooperating and has denied involvement in the shooting.

King had been charged with arson, terroristic threatening and attempted capital murder in 2011 after someone set fire to Price’s house. Those charges were later dropped.

They had filed four orders of protection against one another, alleging domestic abuse. Three of those were dropped.
