PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A 45-year-old Portland man has been indicted on burglary charges after a neighbor told police several of her bras were missing.

A probable cause affidavit obtained by The Oregonian (https://is.gd/MX75FX ) says the woman found Angel Bedolla-Nievez in her garage when she arrived home June 28. She later told police three of her bras were gone.

The affidavit says police searched Bedolla-Nievez’ home and found the bras beneath a mattress along with 19 pairs of panties. Police said they don’t believe the panties belonged to the neighbor.

Bedolla-Nievez told investigators he met his neighbor a couple weeks before his arrest, when he and his brother invited her over for a barbecue.

Court records don’t show any prior criminal convictions.
