DOVER, Del. (AP) - Dover police say a man and a woman have been charged with dealing heroin after police found nearly 1,400 small bags of the drug during a traffic stop.
Police say an officer pulled over a car driven by 30-year-old Gary Stanley II for a broken windshield on Tuesday morning.
Police say the officer searched the car with the help of a police dog and found the drugs. The total weight of the heroin was about seven-tenths of an ounce.
Stanley and his female passenger, Ontara Stanley, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, conspiracy and other offenses.
