PHOENIX (AP) - According to a Scottsdale police spokesman, a grand jury will not indict a woman who police have accused of performing a sex act on a 15-year-old at a Bar Mitzvah.

The Arizona Republic reports (https://bit.ly/1dLUsVe ) Sgt. Ben Hoster says a Maricopa County Grand Jury did not find sufficient evidence to indict 33-year-old Lindsey Radomski.

Scottsdale police arrested Radomski in March.

Police allege Radomski invited seven boys into a bedroom and let them touch her breasts after most of the adults at a Bar Mitzvah had left. Police say she also performed a sex act on an underage boy.

Radomski’s attorney, Jocquefe Blackwell, says he isn’t surprised the investigation has been returned to police without indictment.

He says Radomski disputes police accounts and wants to speak publicly about the case.
