GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - A Hill County man has been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in a Great Falls motel room.

The Great Falls Tribune reports (https://gftrib.com/1CGJTbC ) 33-year-old Elias Rene Lovo was charged Monday with sexual intercourse without consent, sexual assault and unlawful restraint.

Court documents state that the teenager and a 12-year-old girl had gone into a motel room with Lovo and another adult male on Friday. The teenager told police she tried to leave but Lovo forced her into the bathroom and raped her.



Lovo and the other man, Frances Benjamin, told responding officers that the girls hadn’t been in the room. They declined to say anything else.

According to charging documents, medical evidence showed sexual activity had taken place.

Bail has been set at $50,000.
