COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Fort Carson officials say three soldiers were injured in a combat vehicle crash on the Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site.
The Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1MntHBZ ) that the crash Tuesday involved an eight-wheeled vehicle called a Stryker. One soldier was taken to Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo where he was treated and released. The other two were treated on site.
The identities of the soldiers involved have not been released, nor have any details about the crash.
The Mountain Post says the incident remains under investigation.
Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site is located in southeastern Colorado, and is used as a training site for Fort Carson.
