PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The latest round of winter weather has led to cancellation of hundreds of flights and caused other travel problems in Philadelphia.

Philadelphia International Airport said 149 arrivals and 143 departures had been reported canceled as of 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Airport officials also said the Federal Aviation Administration had issued arrival delays for flights averaging more than four hours due to snow and ice.

The Delaware River Port Authority said speed limits on all bridges between New Jersey and Pennsylvania had been reduced to 25 mph.

Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management urged drivers to be cautions in the slippery conditions.

The National Weather Service predicts snow ranging between 1 and 7 inches in many parts of the commonwealth but warns that sleet, freezing rain and ice may cause problems.
