CUMBERLAND, Md. (AP) - Police in Cumberland continue to investigate the death of a man struck and killed by a truck near the downtown area.
The agency said Monday that no arrests have been made in the death last week 61-year-old Warren Prunier of Oakland.
He was hit around 2 p.m. Thursday at the junction of Park and Harrison streets near the Amtrak station.
Police say the incident was not a hit-and-run.
