SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) - Police say a 78-year-old man who uses a wheelchair sexually fondled a mentally disabled 30-year-old woman at the northeastern Pennsylvania nursing home where both live.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Joseph Kelly, who was charged Wednesday with indecent assault of a mentally disabled person for an incident police say occurred on Sunday.
Police say Kelly told them he touched the woman for sexual gratification. The alleged victim cannot speak and is also physically disabled.
Kelly faces a preliminary hearing April 7.
