MILAN, Mo. (AP) - Missouri authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a 94-year-old Missouri man who has not been seen since Monday.

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office says John Ben Lee was last seen about 1:30 p.m. Monday at Stahl’s Factory in Warrensburg, where he stopped to ask for directions to Warrensburg and was told to take U.S. 50 to Sedalia. He was driving a blue 1994 Lincoln Town Car.

His daughter says he is diabetic and sometimes is disoriented.

Lee is described as white, about 6-feet-1, 185 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He walks with a cane. He was wearing a hat, possibly a cowboy style, and a leather work glove.

Anyone seeing Lee or his vehicle is asked to call 911 or the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office at 660-265-3313.
