Ed Goeas, President and CEO of the Tarrance Group joins us on a telephone briefing. The Tarrance Group, in partnership with Lake Research Partners, has produced a series of “Battleground” surveys for George Washington University since 1991. These surveys are looked to by political, journalistic, and campaign professionals for unbiased information as they have accurately portrayed the political climate through five Presidential and four mid-term election cycles.
