PRATTVILLE, Ala. (AP) - A former Autauga County district attorney’s office worker has pleaded guilty to theft and ethics charges.
The Montgomery Advertiser reported Tuesday (https://on.mgmadv.com/1KGIohX) that Lisa Noland pleaded guilty to theft of property and use of an official position for personal gain.
An indictment says Nolan used her position to steal more than $2,500 while she worked in the office’s court referral program.
Nolan’s sentencing is set for June 5.
