LAGRANGE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a Torrington man was killed in a two-vehicle crash near the southeastern Wyoming town of LaGrange.

Sgt. David Wagener says 69-year-old James Elwood was driving on U.S. Highway 85 on Tuesday morning when an 89-year-old man driving a pickup ran a stop sign and crashed broadside into his car. Neither man was wearing a seatbelt.

Wagener says charges are pending against the 89-year-old man, who was hospitalized. His condition has not been released.
