WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) - Police have made a third arrest in a home invasion in the Wilmington suburb of Ogden this month that left a man dead.

The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office tells local media outlets that 24-year-old Theio Manley of Rocky Point was arrested Tuesday afternoon when he was seen jumping a fence.

Manley is charged with first-degree murder. It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.

Authorities say 32-year-old Yancey Martin Edwards was shot and killed May 4 during the home invasion.

Two other Rocky Point men are charged with first-degree murder and other counts.
