MORRISTOWN, N.J. (AP) - An administrator at a northern New Jersey high school has pleaded not guilty to allegations that he inappropriately touched a teenage boy.

Roger Schneider entered his pleas Wednesday. The 55-year-old Rockaway Township is charged with child endangerment and aggravated criminal sexual contact, and he remains free on $100,000 bail.

Schneider, the assistant principal at Roxbury High School, was put on administrative leave following his arrest late last month. Morris County prosecutors have said the alleged victim was 15 when the incidents occurred and is not a student in the Roxbury district.

Prosecutors say the teen disclosed the alleged incidents to another person. The abuse allegedly happened from August 2013 to January 2015 at Schneider’s home.

Schneider could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted on both counts.
