DALLAS (AP) - Dallas police say all three occupants of a sport utility vehicle died when their speeding vehicle veered out of control, struck a parked car and slammed into an apartment building.
Police Sr. Cpl. DeMarquis Black says all three occupants were killed outright in the crash late Wednesday morning on a residential street in the Oak Cliff district of southwest Dallas. No identities have been released.
A neighbor, Steve Horton, says he saw the SUV go through an intersection, hit a car parked near the building and then went toward the structure. The SUV ended up smashed into the side of the wood-frame building.
No one was at home in the apartment building at the time of the crash and there were no other injuries.
