GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Tickets have sold out in a matter of hours to watch Brett Favre’s induction into the Green Bay Packers’ Hall of Fame on the Lambeau Field video boards.

Roughly 67,000 tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Press-Gazette Media (https://pck.rs/1zYJ3ej ) reports they were sold out by 6 p.m.

The banquet and ceremony in Favre’s honor will be held in the stadium atrium on July 18. More than 1,600 people are set to attend that sold-out event. Favre also plans to make an appearance that evening in the stadium bowl.

The induction ceremony will be televised on Packers TV Network affiliates and the NFL Network, and will be shown on the Packers’ website.

Proceeds from the $4 tickets will benefit his charity, Favre 4 Hope.
