BUCKEYE, Ariz. (AP) - A Buckeye man is in custody for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting his teenage ex-girlfriend last year.
Authorities say 20-year-old Isaac Geovanny Aguilar-Herrera is being held on suspicion of sexual assault, luring a minor and sexual conduct with a minor.
Aguilar-Herrera was arrested Wednesday. He was ordered held without bond at his initial court appearance Thursday and doesn’t have an attorney yet.
Buckeye police say the girl was 15 when the alleged incident occurred at Aguilar-Herrera’s home in April 2014.
The teen alleged that Aguilar-Herrera gave her an unknown prescription pain medication and then sexually assaulted her.
The girl told police that she didn’t report the incident because she was afraid of Aguilar-Herrera and his friends.
She also alleges that Aguilar-Herrera sexually assaulted her at least three other times.
