LONDON (AP) - English champion Chelsea has increased its contingent of Brazilian players at Stamford Bridge by agreeing to terms with Atletico Paranaense for the transfer of attacking midfielder Nathan.

Chelsea says on Thursday that the 19-year-old Nathan will join the club on July 1 after passing a medical, and agreeing on personal terms.

Nathan has represented Brazil at under-17 and under-20 level.

Chelsea says Nathan “has earned a reputation as an attacking midfielder with an eye for goal and impressive pace.”

Chelsea already has Brazilians Willian, Oscar, Ramires, and Filipe Luis.
