DALLAS (AP) - Dallas police are trying to determine what caused an SUV to go out of control, hit an apartment building and kill all three people in the vehicle.

Police on Thursday identified the driver as 56-year-old Lucinda Rosas De Esparza.

The accident Wednesday in the Oak Cliff neighborhood also killed 93-year-old Paul Maltos and his wife, 66-year-old Evelina Maltos.

Police say the speeding SUV went through an intersection before striking a parked car and then crashing into the wood-frame apartment building.
