TACOMA, Wash. (AP) - A 19-year-old has been sentenced to 26 years and eight months in prison for a 2013 Tacoma robbery and murder.

The News Tribune of Tacoma reports (https://bit.ly/1AYoOIQ ) that Andrew James Boyd was sentenced Wednesday for his role in killing Lawrence House. He pleaded guilty earlier this week.

In September 2013, 54-year-old House was robbed and shot twice in the chest in his Stadium District condominium parking garage.

In November 2014, Jeremy Bennett pleaded guilty to felony murder in the first degree as an accomplice and was sentenced to 28 years in prison.

The prosecutor says a recent robbery of a Tacoma Walgreens led investigators to Boyd, as the robbery involved a person wearing a distinctive jacket similar to the one he wore during the 2013 robbery.
