LUCEDALE, Miss. (AP) - Authorities have charged a 28-year-old George County woman with DUI causing death for allegedly causing a two-vehicle accident in which three people died.

According to local media reports, sheriff’s spokeswoman Shonna Pierce says Kimberlie Dailey George County was arrested after the fatal accident Wednesday. Two of the victims were pronounced dead at scene. The other later died at Singing River Hospital.

Pierce identified the victims as 44-year-old James Andrew Powell Jr., 36-year-old April Eugene Livingston and 69-year-old Donna Faye Powell. All three are from George County.

Pierce says James, Donna and Livingston were all riding in the same vehicle when they were hit head-on by another driver.

Dailey was treated for minor injuries at George Regional Hospital. The accident is still under investigation.
